On May 21st one of the pioneers of Christian music Steven Curtis Chapman experienced a tremendous loss. His youngest daughter was killed by an accident from her big brother’s car. I pray for this young man that he finds healing in this experience.
We should now answer this question “why do bad things happen to good people”? God’s word tells us in the book of John that in this life we will have problems and trouble. All of us can relate to that statement from Christ himself. We have problems, trials, struggles for one reason–Christ said it would happen. We must keep our eyes on the finish line when these trials occur. Imagine the sweetness of heaven—No tears, crying, pain—the old order of things will be passed away—and ALL things will be new. Whatever your struggle right now remember the joy and victory that awaits you in your eternal home–the believer’s final destination—Heaven!! For know let us encourage each other daily and build each other up as we are all in this race together. Where would we be without Christ—The King of kings and Lord of lords.

Did you know he wrote his song “Cinderella” for this girl? It’s weird because the song says “‘Cause all too soon the clock will strike midnight
And she’ll be gone…” creepy. It’s really sad it played out this way.
